Pre-Order policy

At ForzaTCG, we occasionally offer pre-orders for upcoming Pokémon TCG products before they are officially released. This page explains how our pre-orders work, so you know exactly what to expect when you order.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a product that is not yet in stock but has been announced with an expected release date by the manufacturer or distributor. When you place a pre-order, you reserve your unit(s) in advance of general availability.

Pre-order items are clearly marked as "PRE-ORDER" on the product page, including the expected release date.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to place a pre-order. This secures your reservation, as our pre-order allocations are limited and processed on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Shipping

  • Pre-ordered items are typically shipped within 1–2 weeks of the official release date, once we receive stock from our supplier. This is an estimate — actual timing can vary depending on our suppliers' own delivery schedules, and is outside of our direct control. Individual product pages may list a more specific estimate where available.
  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless you contact us to request split shipping (additional shipping costs may apply).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Cancellations & refunds

  • You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply contact us at hello@forzatcg.com with your order number. After this 24-hour window, your pre-order is final and cannot be cancelled for a refund, except as described below.
  • If a pre-ordered product is significantly delayed or ultimately cancelled by the manufacturer/distributor, we will contact all affected customers with the option of a full refund or a store credit.
  • Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.

ForzaTCG reserves the right to update this Pre-Order Policy at any time. Changes will not affect pre-orders already placed, except where required by law.
