Thank you for shopping at ForzaTCG (forzatcg.com). We specialize in authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game products and carefully package all orders to ensure safe delivery worldwide.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned within 14 days after notification

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Important Exception

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed trading card products that have been opened after delivery

  • Booster packs or boxes with broken factory seal

  • Products showing signs of tampering

  • Customized or special-order items

In accordance with EU consumer law, once sealed collectible products are opened, they cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item, or

  • A product damaged during transit

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

If the issue is confirmed as our error, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened booster packs

  • Opened sealed products

  • Products with broken factory seal

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order items

Minor imperfections in shrink wrap or outer packaging do not qualify as damage if the product remains factory sealed and intact.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the withdrawal procedure (if applicable).

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

6. International Orders (Non-EU Customers)

For customers outside the European Union, local consumer laws may differ.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law:

  • Returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items

  • Opened sealed products are not eligible for return

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

7. Policy Updates

ForzaTCG reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
