These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of forzatcg.com and your purchase of products from ForzaTCG.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

ForzaTCG is a company registered in Belgium.

Full company details, including VAT number and contact information, are available on our website.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have permission from a parent or legal guardian

3. Products & Authenticity

ForzaTCG specializes in authentic trading card game products, including sealed and collectible items.

All products are sold as described. Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product itself do not qualify as defects.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

For EU customers:

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

For non-EU customers:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect completed orders.

Payment is collected at checkout.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order is only confirmed once you receive an official order confirmation email.

ForzaTCG reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

ForzaTCG is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs procedures

  • Force majeure events

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Exceptions apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery

  • Customized products

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Opened sealed trading card products cannot be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForzaTCG shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Market value fluctuations of collectible products

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by Belgian law.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ForzaTCG or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Force Majeure

ForzaTCG shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.

In the event of a dispute:

  • EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

  • Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
