This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through forzatcg.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Product launches

  • Pre-order release periods

  • Promotional events

  • Public holidays

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using reputable carriers.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Risk & Transfer of Responsibility

For EU consumers:

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are physically delivered.

For non-EU customers and business buyers:

Risk may transfer upon handover to the carrier, where permitted by applicable law.

ForzaTCG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.


4. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only after:

  • The carrier officially confirms it as lost, or

  • A reasonable investigation period has passed (typically 10–30 business days depending on destination).

We reserve the right to:

  • Initiate a carrier investigation before issuing a refund or replacement.

  • Require customers to cooperate with carrier investigations.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier unless evidence of delivery failure is provided.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • ForzaTCG is not responsible for failed delivery.

  • Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Customs, Duties & International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs clearance fees

Are the responsibility of the customer.

ForzaTCG is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Refused shipments

  • Additional import charges

If a package is refused and returned, original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from any refund.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph the package before opening

  • Retain all packaging materials

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.


8. High-Value Orders

For high-value orders, ForzaTCG reserves the right to:

  • Require signature upon delivery

  • Add insurance

  • Delay shipment for verification

This is done to prevent fraud and protect both parties.


9. Force Majeure

ForzaTCG shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Governmental actions
